Extremez-Paintball.com is not responsible for typographical errors.  Photos are for illustrative purposes only.  All unused merchandise in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. No returns on used merchandise.  All items carry manufacturer's warranty.  Limited quantities on some items may require substitution.  Prices subject to change.  Check with local law enforcement regarding legality of paintball products in your area.

Treatment of Sales Tax

We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax on products shipped to those jurisdictions that levy such a tax and in which we have a physical location. We currently have our warehouse located in Wisconsin.

These terms and conditions and the agreement they create, shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Wisconsin (without applying the State's conflict-of-law principles). Extremez-Paintball.com reserves the right to bring any civil action in Wisconsin, arising from your violation of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.  If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Extremez-Paintball.com may modify these terms and conditions, and the agreement they create, at any time, simply by updating this posting and without notice to you. This is the entire agreement regarding all the matters that have been discussed in the preceding paragraphs.

What Information We Collect
